APPLE CRISP ingredients

  • 5 Apples, sliced and peeled
  • 1 c Brown sugar
  • 3⁄4 c Quaker oats
  • 3⁄4 c flour
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Nutmeg
  • 1 Stick butter, softened
  • 1⁄4 c apple juice, or water

Cooking APPLE CRISP

1. Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Put half of the apples in a greased 9x9 inch pan. Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice, and crumble half the flour mixture over theapples.
2. Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture.
3. Pour juice over top. Bakei 35 minutes.
4. Great with vanilla ice cream.
