Burmese Beef Satay ingredients

  • 2 lb extra lean beef
  • 1⁄2 c soy sauce
  • 2 T Honey
  • 2 T Fresh lime juice
  • 1 T curry powder
  • 1 t Chili powder
  • 1 c Onions
  • 2 T garlic
  • bamboo skewer

Cooking Burmese Beef Satay

1. Cut meat into 1-inch cubes or thin strips.
2. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
3. Pour over meat.
4. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
5. Thread onto bamboo skewers.
6. Grilli for 6-8 minutes, turning and basting often.
7. Arrange onto a serving platter.
8. Garnishi as desired Serve hot.
