Cheddar dumplings

Cheddar dumplings ingredients
- 16 oz Cheddar, Md, Shredded
- 2 Eggs, Lg
- 1 c unbleached flour
- 1 t Salt
- 3 qt Boiling water
- 1⁄2 c butter
- 1⁄2 pt Sour cream
- 1 GARNISHES
- 1 Paprika
- 1 parsley
Cooking Cheddar dumplings
1. Mash the cheddar cheese and add the eggs mixing well.
2. Stiri in the flour and salt.
3. Drop by tbls into the rapidly boiling water then cover and boil for 15 minutes.
4. Drain and serve with melted butter and sour cream.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika, if desired.
