Cheesy Garden Tuna-Filled Crepes ingredients

  • 4 crepes
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped celery
  • 1⁄4 c Chopped onion
  • 1 cn (7 3/4 oz) tuna -- drained
  • 2 c Frozen broccoli -- cut up
  • 2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Cheesy Garden Tuna-Filled Crepes

1. Prepare crepes.
2. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 qt. microwave safe casserole.
3. Cover and microwave as directed on pkg. ;drain.
4. Stiri in 1 1/2 cups cheese and the remaining ingredients.
5. Microwave covered on high 1 minute.
6. Spoon onto crepes;roll up. Arrange in square microwave dish,8 x 8 x 2 ; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on high until cheese is melted,2 to 3 minutes.
8. 4 Servings.
