Easy Sweedish Meat Balls ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground meat (beef, veal & pork)
  • 1 Onion, grated
  • 1⁄2 c Bread crumbs
  • dsp Salt, pepper
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 c stock or consomme
  • 4 T flour
  • 1⁄4 c Sherry

Cooking Easy Sweedish Meat Balls

1. Mixi first six ingredients, shape into small balls.
2. Browni in butter.
3. Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the meat balls, keep warm.
5. Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water.
6. Cook 5 minutes, add sherry.
7. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
