Halibut broccoli pie ingredients
- 3 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1⁄2 c Flaked halibut
- 1 c Finely chopped onions
- 1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
- - thawed and drained
- 1 1⁄3 c Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 3⁄4 c Bisquick baking mix
- 1⁄2 t Lemon pepper
- 1⁄4 t Minced garlic
- 1⁄8 t Dried thyme leaves
Cooking Halibut broccoli pie
1. Mixi 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate.
2. Beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme.
3. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.
4. Bakei 400 °F. For 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese.
6. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges.
7. Garnishi with tomato and parsley.
