Huevos Revueltos Con Salsa ingredients

  • 8 oz Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Pro
  • 1 t FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
  • 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1⁄4 c Onions
  • 2 t Jalapenos
  • 2 t parsley

Cooking Huevos Revueltos Con Salsa

1. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook EGG BEATERS in margarine, stirring occasionally until set. Arrange tortillas on lettuce; divide and spoon EGG BEATERS onto tortillas.
2. Top with Spicy Salsai.
3. Garnishi and serve immediately.
4. To make Spicy Salsa: combine chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped jalapeno and parsley or cilantro.
5. Chill until serving time.
