  • FOR 1 1/2 LB. LOAF
  • 1 pk yeast
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 1 c Plain Yogurt
  • 3 T fresh mint
  • Lemon rind
  • 2 t Honey
  • 1 t butter
  • 1⁄4 c Warm water

Cooking Mint and Yogurt Bread (Bread Machine)

1. Add all of the above ingredients, select white bread and push start.
