Nacho Cheese Cloud ingredients
- 11 oz Nacho Cheese Soup
- 6 Egg yolk
- 6 Egg white
- 1⁄4 t Cream of tartar
Cooking Nacho Cheese Cloud
1. Heat soup to a boil, in a saucepan, over a medium flame remove from heat and stir a small amount into yolks.
2. Stiri yolk mixture into heated soup-mix well.
3. Combine whites and cream of tartar in a mixer bowl.
4. Beat until stiff.
5. Stir one-fourth of whites into soup mixture-mix well.
6. Gently fold in remaining whites.
7. Pour into a greased souffle dish.
8. Serve at once.
