Rosemary turkey salad

Rosemary turkey salad ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Low Cal. Mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 c Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T Fresh rosemary leaves
- 1⁄8 t white pepper
- 1 1⁄2 c Cooked turkey
- 1 large Granny Smith Apple OR
- Red Bartlett Pear, Cored And Shredded
- 2 large Leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 c Alfalfa sprouts
Cooking Rosemary turkey salad
1. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, rosemary & pepper.
2. Add turkey & apple.
3. Tossi gently.
4. Cover & chill until ready to serve.
5. Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates.
6. Top each with ½ c. alfalfa sprouts.
7. Spoon half of turkey mixture onto each plate & serve immediately.
