Shrimp and pasta creole

Shrimp and pasta creole ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Shrimp, medium, shelled
- 2 T butter Or margarine
- 1⁄2 c Heavy Cream
- 1⁄4 c Clam juice
- 1⁄4 c Onions, finely chopped
- 1 T brandy
- 1 T Orange rind, grated
- 1⁄2 t tarragon, dried
- 1⁄2 lb Crawfish tails, peeled/cooked
- 8 oz Small pasta shells/spirals
- 1⁄4 c Louisiana coffee, w/chicory
Cooking Shrimp and pasta creole
1. In large skillet, cook shrimp in melted butter over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. § With slotted spoon, remove shrimp; set aside.
3. § Put cream, clam juice, green onions, brandy, orange peel, and tarragon in skillet; stir over high heat until sauce is thickened.
4. § Stiri in crawfish, shrimp, pasta and brewed coffee; heat through.
