Turkey and Pecan Salad ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh turkey tenderloins
  • 1 c Grilling Marinade
  • 1⁄2 c toasted peacans
  • 1⁄2 c Sliced strawberries
  • 3 c mixed salad greens, washed dried (e.g.,romaine,radicchio,endive)
  • 1⁄4 c blue cheese or gorgonzola,crumbled
  • 1⁄4 c Druit Dressing

Cooking Turkey and Pecan Salad

1. Marinatei the turkey tenderloins in the grilling marinade in a refrigerated bowl for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat the grill.
3. Remove the turkey from the marinade and grill on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
4. When the tenderloin is slightly brown, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 160°F.
5. Remove and cool.
6. Slice the tenderloins.
7. Combine the salad greens, strawberries, pecans, and cheese.
8. Add the sliced turkey tenderloins and serve with fruit dressing.
