- 2 flour tortillas
- 4 oz smoked turkey,cut into strips
- 2 oz reduced fat Monterey jack or cheddar,shredded
- 2 T Salsa
Cooking Turkey Quesadillas (Living It Up)
1. Preheat oven or grill.
2. Lay out two tortillas.
3. Place half the turkey on one side of each tortilla.
4. Place the cheese and salsa on top and fold in half.
5. bake or grill for 5 to 8 minutes.
6. Remove; cut into wedges.
