Buns with Raisins

Ingredients:
250 ml sour milk
11 g dry yeast
2 eggs
0.5 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 g melted butter
700 g flour
80 g raisins
0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch salt
1 egg
Icingi
90 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation Time: 150 min
Servings: 18-25

Preheat oven to 220 C. Greasei baking sheet.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk, cover loosely and let rise for 10-15 minutes. Stiri together sour milk, yeast, eggs, sugar, salt, oil and melt butter to blend. Gradually sift in flour. Kneadi dough, form a ball from it, put in bowl, cover with kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes in room-warm place.

Put raisins in small bowl and pour with boiling water. Cover bowl with a plate and let raisins soak for 30 minutes

Kneadi the dough several times. Blend the spices and add to dough while kneading. At the end add raisins. Leave several raisins for serving.

Cut the dough into equal parts.

Form dough parts into buns, lay on baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm between each other. Cover loosely with kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise in room-warm place for about 1 hour. Make superficial cross-cut with a knife on top of every bun. Whiski egg with salt, and spread over buns. Bakei for 15 minutes - while golden-brown crust appears.

To make icing, blend powedered sugar with lemon juice. Decorate warm buns with icing, put raisins on top.
